TOUR PAYMENT: Shared tours

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.

Payment (in Sterling) can be made via bank transfer (preferred) or by all major credit cards via online payment platforms such as PayPal or Stripe.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the date of the first day’s tour.

Please be aware that shared tours will only proceed with a minimum of two guests (with the exception of the Highlights Tour, where the minimum is 3 guests). In the event of only one guest booked on a tour, the guest will be contacted by Graham’s Orkney Tours and will be offered a choice of either joining another tour, purchasing another seat, or cancelling and receiving a full refund.

Cancellation policy for Shared Tours

Graham’s Orkney Tours accepts cancellations at the following rates and timescales:

  • Cancellation over 28 days prior to the tour date: 50% refund of the balance payment
  • Cancellation under 28 days prior to tour date-no refund
